1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

2. How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 2–4 business days, and shipping time depends on the carrier and option selected. Books typically ship Media Mail.

3. Do you accept returns?

Yes. Please see our detailed Return Policy in the footer.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be changed once shipped. If you need a change, contact us immediately at:

5. Why did my items arrive separately?

Some products — especially books — may ship from different fulfillment partners.

6. Do you offer local pickup?

Not at this time, but this option will be added when our Savannah location opens.
